I hope you enjoy this what I eat in a day video, recipes are below :D Love n light xoxox<br /><br />Breakfast: Overnight Oats<br />- 3/4 cup oats<br />- 1/4 cup chia seeds<br />- 1 heaped tbsp vanilla bean COYO (*)<br />- 1 cup cashew mylk<br />- 1 tbsp rice malt syrup<br />Toppings:<br />- 2 tbsp peanut butter<br />- 3 fresh strawberries<br />- choc granola<br /><br />Lunch: Pizza<br />- GF Vegan pizza base<br />- 1/2 tin crushed tomatoes<br />- 2 cloves garlic, chopped finely<br />- 3 basil leaves<br />- small bunch of asparagus, chopped<br />- 1/4 jar of sundried tomatoes<br />- 1/2 bunch broccolini<br />- vegan cheese (as desired)<br />- salt, pepper and olive oil (as desired)<br />- rocket to serve (fresh)<br /><br />Dinner: Tempeh Tacos<br />- 1/2 packet adzuki bean and buckwheat tempeh<br />- 1/2 bunch broccolini<br />- 3 x corn tortillas, lightly toasted<br />- fresh rocket (as desired)<br />- guacamole (1 avo + 1 lime)<br />- served with coriander and lime<br /><br /><br /><br />♫ MUSIC<br />Oshova - Nature's Voice<br /><br />✰ This video is not sponsored.
